Pursuant to Chapter
24, Retail Food Operators shall make
contact with the Health Department
before receiving product or re-opening.

A. Destroy or
discard out-of-temperature food.
I. Or, show evidence (time/temperature
log) that food was kept at or below
41°F.
B. Be able to
demonstrate to the inspector that all
affected equipment is operating
properly.
